Four stars - Kinetic Super (Starter, Builder, Wealth Accumulator life stages) - 2015
Every year CANSTAR research and rate superannuation products according to a strict criteria that balances cost with features and assesses the value offered by each fund across four different life stages.
In 2015 CANSTAR compared 67 super funds, with the primary criterion to compare only those funds which any working member of the public can join. For this reason they have not rated corporate funds, restricted industry and employer funds or self-managed super funds. Instead, they concentrated on both Industry and Retail funds that anyone can join.
