This release is available for superannuation accounts only and does not include pension accounts.

How do I download the App (Android Phone)

Install on Android

  • Tap on the Google Play Store icon
  • Tap the search bar, type “Kinetic” to find the app.
  • Tap on the INSTALL 
  • Once downloaded, tap on the Kinetic app icon on your android phone.

How do I download the App (iPhone)

Install on Apple iPhone

  • Tap on the App Store icon on your Iphone 
  • Tap on the Search icon, type “Kinetic” to find the app
  • Tap on the “GET” button to begin downloading.
  • Once downloaded, tap on the Kinetic” app icon on your Iphone

No the app is free to download from both the Apple store or Google Play store

I have an old mobile phone – will the app work

For versions earlier than

  • iOS – Version 9.0 and 8.0
  • Android – Version 6.0 “Marshmallow” and 5.0 Lollipop  you may still be able to use the app but may not be optimised for your operating system 

Will there be updated versions of the App and will I need to download the latest?

Yes, you’ll need to download the latest app either from the App store or Google Play store to enjoy the latest features and benefits. 

The app is free and takes just minutes to download

 

Logging in

How do I log in

You will need to be registered for Member Online Services (MOS) before you can use the app.  To register for MOS you will need to add in your Member Reference ID &, Date of birth and complete registration process.

How do I sign on with a four digit Pin Code

When you log in if you activate the PIN button, you will be asked to create a 4 digit pin code.   Thereafter you can use the Pin code to log in

When the Mobile App is updated, will I need to reset my 4 digit Pin Code sign in?

The device will remember your details after any automatic App update.  However, if you delete the App and reinstall, you will need to set up 4 digit pin code sign in again. 

What happens when I buy a new phone?

You will need to set up 4 digit pin code again. To do this, when signing into the app, use the PIN button 

What happens if my device is stolen - will someone be able to access my accounts?

Another person would need your log in details (Member ID and password set on MOS) to access your accounts. You should call our contact centre on 1300 304 000 in the event your device is lost or stolen so we can reset your password as an added level of security. 

I can’t remember my 4 digit Pin code  - How do I reset my Pin Code

On the PIN code page is a link for “Forgotten PIN code”. Simply click this link, then log in using your MOS credentials and remember to slide the PIN button across to set up a new PIN on the way in.

Is the App Secure

As with all member data, the Kinetic Super app uses a high level of security to ensure the privacy and safety of member accounts and information

How do I enable app notifications

To receive notification you need to be registered on the latest version of the Kinetic app with a data connection (3G/4G/Wi-Fi), have notifications enabled on our iPhone or Android phone and confirmed your mobile number.

To enable notifications Select Notification Centre via phone settings

  • Scroll down and select Kinetic Super
  • Select Alerts as the “Alert Style” and we recommend turning on Badge App icon, sounds, Show notification Centre and shown on Lock Screen
  • Load the Kinetic Super App
